Grizzelard Gall was the lictor at Winstermill and the uncle of the prentice-lighter Foistin Gall. It is unknown if he survived the Battle of Winstermill.
History[]
Being a lictor is the Gall family trade and has been pursued for 13 generations. Grizzelard enjoyed terrorizing the prentice-lighters with possible torture and punishment, although Grindrod had a low opinion of him.[1] Grizzelard helped his nephew Foistin get accepted to the lamplighters as the latter did not display the willingness or aptitude to become a lictor himself.
